We sailed out of Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, into the Lower New York Bay. There are several little islands there full of bird life.

We took a cruise on the American Princess. See: New York City Cruises – Whale Dolphin Seal and Bird Watching Cruises NY. The boat leaves out of Sheepshead Bay in Brooklyn. The voyage was longer than usual and lasted for 12 hours (6 am to 6 pm). There will be 6 posts of this trip. I deleted 1000 of 1250 pictures and it took me a while to process the remainder.

I don’t have to look up the plants in the New York Botanical Garden because most of them are labeled. After many trips there I have memorized the names of some of them.

Other flowers besides the magnolias that I photographed in the New York Botanical Garden this March.

I went to the New York Botanical Garden in late March to photograph some magnolias. They are a little late this year because of the cold Spring with. The bees fought over the few flowers.

I went to Central Park to test out my new Nikkor Z 24mm lens on my Nikon Z7 camera. It was a dull day so I replaced the skies and enhanced these photographs.

Some doors photographed on E 11 Street, NYC, for me by my husband, Marc. See about Beatrix Farrand – Wikipedia.
