This is the first of 8 posts from a photoshoot I did on a Sierra Photo NYC outing with Charles and Carlos. We took the Ferry from Pier 11 south of Wall Street to Pier 1 in DUMBO Brooklyn and stayed until sunset.

Our little orchid just flowered after a year.

I photographed the holiday lights at Hudson Yards last year too (Hudson Yards 2 – Sherry Felix – port4u). I like the reflections on the escalators.
Happy New Year to all my friends at WordPress and elsewhere.

We manage to catch the Alexander & Baldwin Sugar Museum | Maui Hawaii open one day. It is a nice little museum.

We enjoyed the old buildings and history in Lahaina on our second day in Maui. See Flag of Hawaii – Wikipedia. We met Marc’s cousin Margaret and her mate there for lunch. Most of the shops along Front Street are tacky.

We hiked for a couple of miles on Hunter Island in Pelham Bay Park, Bronx, New York. It’s a nice place to take a walk. These were shot with our Samsung Galaxy phones.

I joined my friends for a Sierra Photo NYC – New York City Sierra Club Photography Committee outing on the High Line. We had a nice pizza dinner after the day’s shoot.

I love seeing all the Fall and Halloween decorations outside the residences in Greenwich Village, New York City.
