I planned to meet up with the Sierra Photo NYC group at Battery Park at the tip of Manhattan. I arrived way too early and it was raining. There was no where dry to sit so I decided to leave after taking a few photographs.

We had lunch at Bluestone Lane at Chelsea Piers by the Hudson River while it was raining on Sunday January 19, 2023.

Dumbo, is an acronym for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass, is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn. It encompasses two sections: one located between the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges, which connects Brooklyn to Manhattan across the East River, and another that continues east from the Manhattan Bridge to the Vinegar Hill area.
