We paid for the privilege of seeing the magnificent view at Boscobel House and Gardens, Museum, Hudson Valley, NY. We didn’t do the house tour.

On the way to the Hudson River from Faunestock SP we passed by a farm. The rest are from Faunestock, The last image is of a wooden creature by a lake.

A few autumn leaf closeups from our day upstate New York.

We drove up to Fahnestock State Park – NYS in October. Faunestock is in Putnam County. Sunken Mine Road is in the park too. It was a gorgeous day for an outing. After exploring a few lakes and enjoying the countryside we ate an early dinner in Cold Spring. There is a beaver lodge in the last photograph.

After an excellent meal at the Riverview Restaurant we walked by the Hudson River.

I just love that frog.

Some flowers and plants from the gardens.
