Greenwich Vilage in the Snow

I managed to catch this white-throated sparrow in flight.

After visiting Hudson River Park we walked to Abingdon Square. There are tiny lights in the tree there. I added falling snow to that background.

Happy New Year everyone.

              Cold and wet.
My sister lives in Sydney. My mother was Australian from Perth.

Do you like the cold weather. 🌧️ Sounds like you’ve got family spread out in sunny spots, though. Sydney’s a beautiful place and Perth’s no slouch either. Aussie roots, huh? How’s your sister. Do you get to catch up often? 🇦🇺

Those branches are patiently holding up the snow in Hudson River Park. Beautiful.
Happy new year and wishing you all the best in 2026!
