E. B. Forsythe NWR

On the way back form Cape May we stopped at E. B. Forsythe NWR again. Some of the shorebirds were digging holes and feeding on the horseshoe crab eggs. The blurry photo of the Osprey is because it was shaking off water.

My skills as a birder are not that great. Many of my fellow birders know way more than I do. Thanks for the compliment. ☺️

A good selection of avian portraits. Shaking off water on the wing is fascinating

The Osprey looked like he was having convulsions in the air. LOL.

The last photo, of the road, is so inviting. As for the Eastern Kingbird, I always laugh at its scientific name: a glimpse into personality, perhaps?

Maybe because it likes to perch high on a throne? Thanks for dropping by.

The Sandpiper was possibly my favourite
