Harriman SP

We typically visit Harriman State Park in New York about twice a year. This trip was in early June, when the mountain laurel was still blooming (laurel in prior post). The sphinx moth was a treat. Nature always offers rewards.

Do not have to go far to find a lovely place to visit. It might be just around the corner. Thanks, Anne

Our planet is full of beauty. We just have to open our eyes and look. I enjoy traveling occasionally to see new and unique ecosystems.

How incredibly exciting to see a sphinx moth, Sherry! And you even snapped a quick photo before it zoomed off. Beautiful photos in this lovely park.

The sphinx was engrossed in sipping minerals from the mud. 🙂
