Liberty State Park Doors

Doors from the CRRNJ Terminal Department of Environmental Protection (nj.gov) in Liberty SP for Thursday Doors. Coincidentally Dan (Thursday Doors host) posted doors from Union Station in Worcester MA https://nofacilities.com/2023/02/16/worcester-union-station/

My other post on this terminal https://port4u.net/2023/02/15/liberty-sp-terminal/

    Quite a piece of history…

I like imagining immigrants taking trains there after taking a ferry form Ellis Island.

It was a weekday. Strange to say it is closed on weekends when there are more visitors to the park. Thanks. 😁

I love the wooden details in these doors and in the interior, Sherry. These are great photos of a lovely station. The Blue Comet Auditorium entrance is my favorite photo today!

I especially like the way the arc of the lamps and the arc of the doorway complement one another in the first photo. Is the Blue Comet the name of a train? or a historic train?

Glad you noticed that. I liked the mirrored arches too.
