Central Park Wildlife in April

Photographed on a Tuesday morning trip to Central Park with the Linnaean Society of NY. I didn’t have time to compose my shots.

Central Park looks magical at this time of the year. What a great variety of birds you have managed to photograph.

The robin on its nest is utterly charming. It was fun to see the Orchard Oriole, too. I’ve only been aware of the Baltimore Oriole; it looks as though their colors are somewhat similar.

Thanks. The Orchard Oriole is a duller rusty orange.

I like the wood ducks but the squirrel shot is my favourite 🙂
