In the next to last photo, do you know if the bit of yellow happens to be a bud of the purple flowers? Whether it is or isn’t, it’s a wonderfully interesting photo. If it is, I’ve never seen a transition like that.
I don’t know if the yellow bud belongs to the purple flowers. Thanks for the suggestion. It does look daisy like. I didn’t pay proper attention to the labels during that visit. I’ll look next time, if it is still in bloom.

ps: it’s possibly a Cape Daisy, or a cultivar of that plant in the Osteospermum genus.
