October Bird Series in Central Park

Kinglets are such fast moving tiny birds when one gives me a chance I keep shooting in the hopes something will come out.

The expressiveness you’ve captured is wonderful. I would have thought ‘goldfinch’ if I’d glimpsed the ruby-crowned kinglet in the wild. I do love the first photo of the cardinal and the cocked-head photo of the titmouse. Both birds seem to display a delightful insouciance.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I enjoyed their perky attitudes. A kinglet is tiny compared to a Goldfinch and they bounce around much faster 😁
