It took a bit of effort to go the three block is the snow early Saturday morning. I had to get a few photographs of New York City’s first snowfall of this winter.

A team effort by my husband, Marc, and I. I wasn’t able to go out on July 25, 2016, so I adjusted the camera settings and sent Marc down the block to take some shots of what I could tell would be a lovely post thunderstorm sunset. The photos were a bit too dark but I was able to fix that in  Lightroom.
At the end of the street where I live is the Hudson River. It is pleasent there of a summer evening. When I took the first image a Black-crowned Night Heron happend to be flying by.

January 2, 2015 was a Foggy, rainy day. I made a few photographs along the Hudson River Greenway below 14th Street and at St Luke’s Garden. A bit of processing in Lightroom, Photoshop and on1 brought out what I saw and felt.
