Armadale Garden

My favorite part of Armadale Castle, Gardens, Museum on Skye was the gardens. There were lots of birds there too. The fallen trees felled by a storm are covered with a myriad of species of moss and lichen. Spring bluebells are a favorite of mine.

Another wonderful Skye collection – soothing scenes and touchable textures

Thanks Derrick. I bet you have lots of varieties of ferns, mosses, and lichens in your area too. I ordered some new field guides for NE US on them.

Thanks Anne. I made a spreadsheet from one I downloaded with the ~65 species of birds that I saw while in Scotland.
