I especially like the temple doors. (K)
Thank you 🙂
What extravagant looking doors, Sherry! Love them all!
Thanks Teresa.
These doors are all stunning! The advantage of living in or near a big city in the Northern part of the USA. Austin, not so much:)
Talked to a gentleman in his early fifties, who told that he can remember the time where there were no freeways yet (now it looks like Los Angeles). Thanks for sharing these beauties, and hope you’re enjoying your week! Emille
Thanks Emile. Memories: We went past the Art Students League today and recalled that it has been over half a century since Marc and I met there. So much has changed. I met a guy who used to swim by the Little Red Lighthouse before the George Washington Bridge over the Hudson was bult.
Sound like happy memories”) The older we get, the more memories we have, eh:)
Too true 🙂
I love the iron lace.
Thanks Anne 🙂
These are wonderful doors, Sherry and lovely windows as well. I love the architecture in this area.
There are more up there that I haven’t seen yet. I must check out the Explorers’ club calendar and see if there is anything worth attending. I once attended an insect banquet there after a Central Park Bio Blitz. Thanks Dan.
Some grandeur today!
Grand is the right word :-). It is an elite neighborhood.
Doors can be so inspiring… you showed us a nice collection here.
Thank you. These ones are very grand.
Great selection of doors, love the iron work.
Thanks. The Explorer’s club is my favorite.
