Riverside Drive in New York City is full of elegant turn of the century mansions and doors. Here are three. The Hendrik Hudson, River Mansion and The Buddhist Church doesn’t have a very nice building, but I like the statue.

Wow, Sherry, what an opulant entrance! Stunning, and looking it would last a few centuries:) Love your captures:)
Thank you very much. I processed them a bit.
Loved the angles you captured – just stunning Sherry!
Wow, New York has such amazing architecture – reminds of big cities in Italy and France. The skyline is always at the center of New York but next time, I’ll pay attention to the older mansions and building entrances !!
Thanks for dropping by. The old architecture in NYC is spectacular.
Here are these doors in my backyard, as it were, but not until you put your camera on them Sherry, have I been aware of how extraordinarily rich these designs are. They make me feel like I just had a yummy dessert with vey heavy cream! 🙂 Could you please say what the cross streets are for these 2 mansions?
Love your comment. The decorations are definatly OT. I’ll add it to the post tomorrow.
Those are some wonderfully fancy columns on the River Mansion entrance. I like that Buddhist statue too. Excellent shots 🙂
Thanks Norm. Much appreciated.
Elegant and ornate doorways, Sherry. And I really like the Buddhist statue too. Wonderful photos. Cheers to you.
Thanks you love 🙂
I love these door photos. Makes me miss Molly and you and New York even more. I hope you’re well. Sending love.
We are thanks. Looking forward to seeing you this year.
