Riverside Drive in New York City is full of elegant turn of the century mansions and doors. Here are three. The Hendrik Hudson, River Mansion and The Buddhist Church doesn’t have a very nice building, but I like the statue.

Wow, Sherry, what an opulant entrance! Stunning, and looking it would last a few centuries:) Love your captures:)

Wow, New York has such amazing architecture – reminds of big cities in Italy and France. The skyline is always at the center of New York but next time, I’ll pay attention to the older mansions and building entrances !!

Here are these doors in my backyard, as it were, but not until you put your camera on them Sherry, have I been aware of how extraordinarily rich these designs are. They make me feel like I just had a yummy dessert with vey heavy cream! 🙂 Could you please say what the cross streets are for these 2 mansions?

Those are some wonderfully fancy columns on the River Mansion entrance. I like that Buddhist statue too. Excellent shots 🙂
