3 Birds and a Spicebush

I saw a good number of migrants at Strawberry Fields on September 9, 2017. Not many elsewhere. It was a gorgeous day with a hint of Fall in the air.

So lovely! I keep forgetting that we can look for birds in Central Park. Maybe next weekend…

If you go to the Ramble with binoculars any morning you’ll see lots of other birders there.

Wilson’s and Orange-crowned warblers were passing through here two days ago–they spent most of the day in our tomato patch eating aphids or something. You must be very patient to get such good shots of the little flibbertigibbets.

Love especially the first 3 of the warblers – the emphasis on yellow and in the sunlight!

wow – these are vibrant and so clear – i like the fan of the wings in the third photo -it is so hard for me to even see birds let along capture them – so I really appreciate your birds from the park…
