Nyack, in Rockaland County New York, overlooks the Governor Mario Cuomo bridge, that used to be called the Tappan Zee Bridge. The bridge is in the background of the middle picrture.
Back in 2012 when I was still working for AECOM, doing GIS and graphics for the environmental division, we worked on the environmental impact statements for the new bridge. I did GIS mapping, designed the website, covers of the reports, illustrations, and diagrams in the reports for the archaeology and environmental departments. These environmental impact statements covered the Hudson River by the bridge, the towns of Nyack on the west bank, and Tarrytown in Westchester on the east bank.
