I saw a Roughed Grouse, Barred Owl, Pileated Woodpecker, Turkeys, Dear, Elk and Black Bears. I wasn’t able to photograph most of them.

    These are breath-taking pictures. I feel transported. I love butterflies also. Sleepy Duskywing is not one seen often. I sometimes see Dreamy Duskywing in Sterling Forest. Yesterday we went to Bashakill and I saw the Purple Gallinule. We had excellent looks at the Cerulean Warbler pair. Nature is healing. Thanks for sharing.

      Thank you so much Anne. It took me a bit of study to decide on the ID for the Sleepy Duskywing. I must make an effort to go to Bashakill soon. So many things get in the way.
