July 21. To make up for the failed puffin trip earlier in the week I booked a premium Mr. Puffin tour from Reykjavik that took us in a Zodiac to Akurey Island. It was lovely. We got close to the puffins this time and the guide was knowledgeable and very into conservation. I just love puffins.

        You ought to consider going to Newfoundland, Canada. There is a town on the coast they nest at every year. Hang out all day and catch them flying on and off the cliffs.

    Number one on my list to get is Puffins! Missed out in Maine last time I was there and need to get back there – over head all the way over there ha! Great shots of a super cute bird.

    I adore those cute little birds, and I certainly admired your outfit. The very first thing that came to mind when I saw your red gear and the purple hat was this combination of blooms from the Texas hill country.

      Me too. Thanks Derrick. It was a very warm outfit. Supposed to keep me afloat and warm for a few minutes if I went in the drink.
