I saw the first photo and thought, “Nice!”. When I scrolled down to the 2nd one, I didn’t like it as much as the first because the strong blue color seemed to distract from the “dignity” of the first photo! If I spent more time with the 2nd photo, I might appreciate it.
Blue and yellow are a good mates. I will post a slightly duller water color here for you to compare. You missed the details of the work I did in Photoshop. I sunk the leaf into the water. I even added water to the center of the leaf.
