Thanks for introducing me to pussywillow up close! Croci amongst the rail tracks sa7s it all about the passage of time! Love not only the croci at the end of the “show” but that the show ends with their luscious purple.

A splendid gallery. The sumac is an original inclusion

I love the close-up of the crocuses, they are a gorgeous colour 🙂

Manchester, the nearest city to me, will be getting its own ‘high line’ soon. A section of a long-abandoned railway line which runs above the city centre canals is being turned into a walk-through park – it’s due to be finished this summer so I’m really looking forward to exploring it.

Eunice – which Manchester are you referring to? Not Manchester, Vt.?

      • Eunice 2022-03-23 / 6:34 pm

No, Manchester in the north west of England.
