The traditional pile of hay is quite picturesque, it must be like a big cake for the cattle.

We have those same nutria. And I was interested in the genus of the cattle. I wondered for the first time if our affectionate nickname for cows — “Bossy” — might be rooted in Bos.

Interesting thought about Bos – could be. Those coypu are invasive.
