I love that comment, aren’t there just some absolutely amazing captures like that. Fantastic!! It brings to mind Emerson….A man should learn to detect and watch that gleam of light which flashes across his mind from within.
no worries, Sherry, Another person said the same thing and as I am not posting as frequently too. I made a list in my reader. That way I found easier. My email got inundated!! My favourites all show up there in my faves lists when they post. (Sometimes I’m behind of course).
What beautiful DOF in your images. I like the soft light as well. Clever of you to put the buds in the second image in front of a leaf shape – perfect composition and a background that many photographers don’t think of 🙂
Your second picture is a good example of the important role the background plays in a photograph.
Thank you. I try to be mindful of that.
This is a tremendous Anenome. Ours here are white or off white. What a magnificent mauve. Excellent capture.
Thank you. It begged to be photographed.

Very true.
Love the softness of these images. 🙂 🙂
Thanks Jo.

Thanks Cybel. I discovered WP turned off my email from folks I follow. I just found out how to get it back. Missed a few posts.

Beautiful photos, Sherry, you graced the anemones with mysticism.
Such a lovely compliment. Thanks Jet.
Just lovely!
Thanks Angela.

Stunning images and even they are so poetical <3
Thank you 😙

That is was what was after–the whole picture. Thank you for seeing it. I am nursing a cold and am a bit behind with responses.
Hope you recover quickly, Sherry. Home-made chicken soup is my cure-all for most viruses.
Thanks. I’m ordering more chicken soup now. 😷
