Ovenbird and Thrasher

It is a challenge to photograph in shade with a big lens. I managed to pull something out of these images. The ovenbird is a composite.

Nicely done, Sherry. Sometimes it needs a bit of a challenge to create these keepers. 🙂

Great capture, the shade makes it more dramatic!

Ovenbird sure are. Thrashers aren’t that little :-). But it did strike a cute pose for me.

What a treat to find oven birds and the gorgeous thrasher. And you did a great job of capturing them despite the darkness, Sherry.

Thanks Jet. The dark mood of these suits how I feel.
