Cray-pas and watercolor.

This month I’ll be showing more of my old sketches. Here is a watercolor abstract.

An abstract of Boots in London sketched in 1967.

I created this old sketch in 1967. It depicts my little garret room in 10 Rue Bremontier, 17th arrondissement, Paris. It was the view from my own little room across the courtyard from my parents apartment. I loved that room. It had a wrought iron balcony and french doors. The view of the clay chimney pots was charming. I was there for 6 months. I left my family to come back to New York to be with Marc. My husband for 56 years and counting.

This is a sketch from the 70’s that is meant to be rotated four ways.

A little sketch that I did of London in the fog in 1965.

I made this sketch of myself sometime in the late 1960s to early 1970s.

To remove some clutter I scanned my old artwork and threw out the tattered old sketches. I made this drawing in the mid 1960’s when I was in my 20’s.
