I finally came to and realized that it was an artist from Rockport who allowed me to use one of her photos in my blog — years ago. Here’s the scene. It shows the same tidal fall shown in your first photo.
What a lovely place – the 7th and 8th photos remind me very much of a little village I visited in Norfolk on our east coast.

Very interesting. That red building is very famous. There are lots of images of it.
