Marc coaxed a Mourning Dove (Mo Do for short) into the apartment. Then a Rock Pigeon saw and wanted in too. That was too much for me so I put a stop to it. 🤔
Yes, you have to keep an eye on those birds and the seed containers. I had my sliding balcony door open most of the day and had brought in the seed bowl to top it up overnight. Forgot to put the seed bowl outdoors and next day I look down next to my desk to see a Spotted Turtle-odve was walking around my lounge. Fortunately, it didn’t like the feel of my woollen rug and flew back outdoors. Hate to think of chasing a dove around my lounge room trying to catch it.
That is a really cool picture. I can see the Pigeon waiting outside. So looking forward to tomorrow night. This has been a very interesting book to read and I am looking forward to your talk Xxoo Linda
Thanks Linda.

The window barrier between the two birds makes for an interesting narrative. Too much is too much, no!?

I saw birds at a London park deliberately activate an electric door to a cafe so they could get in to feed on crumbs. They are very smart.
