I like to stop at scenic places for lunch, so on the ride back from Maine we stopped at Portsmouth, New Hampshire to eat at a charming little lobster shack, Gino’s Chowder and Sandwich Shop, by the Piscataqua River. After lunch we stopped to look at the Wentworth Lear historic houses.

I love Portsmouth. 🙂 We have eaten at Gino’s once and enjoyed it. Nice photos.
Nice to know someone else who’s been there. Thanks.
We live about 15 minutes from Portsmouth. 🙂
Such a Wonderful images! and Great place
Thank you.

What a quaint spot!
Yes, indeed it is 🙂
I think we took a train from Boston to NYC and passed through here? In any case it is SO charming! What a fun place to photograph. Thanks for sharing.
Your welcome. It is good to get off the highway and explore. I always try to work that in for meal stops. This stop was very rewarding.
We couldn’t get off….the Amtrak just kept on truckin’. So many charming places along the water from Boston to NY!
Although I have never been to NH, these photos are New England classics. Thank you for taking us along with you, Sherry.
Your welcome. New England has lots of charming historic places.
Great place and pictures – beautifully processed!
Thanks Lela. I used onOne. Not applied too heavily though.
I am not familiar with that?
OnOne works with Lightroom and Photoshop. Their apps and plugins have great filters and much more. It is a big company. Go check it out.
Thank you!
Interesting light *!*
It is due to the processing.
A great place to stop!
Hope you get to see it.
