Yesterday I went on a photo shoot with Sierra Photo Club hosted by Sony. We borowed cameras, I took a 7s with a 70-200 mm F 2.8, and after a lecture we went to shoot at the East River at 23rd Street by Styvesant Town. I loved the camera and lens. Wish I could keep it.
I understand that the Sony cameras have some great features. I still believe it’s not the camera that makes a good photo, like you show again and again. 🙂

Thank you very much Otto. I think training as an artist helps. I also spent the time to learn the software used to enhance RAW images (Lightroom Photoshop etc.). I take free classes in photography. Doing it plus hard work pays off. 🙂

Sounds like a great opportunity to try out cameras and lenses, Sherry. I really like the Brant’s geese photo, the two mimicked images in front are especially intriguing.

Thanks Jet. I’d love to be able to afford a full frame mirror less kit like I tried. Just need $6,000 – that’s all 🙂
