Leeds Point

On Sunday we drove down to Edwin B. Forsythe NWR in New Jersey. We stopped at the Oyster Creek Restaurant for a seafood dinner out in the wetlands on the way home. Out back there were boats camouflaged for duck hunting. In the first photograph there is a deer made of grasses in the far right. I didn’t see it until I looked closely at the photograph. I’ll be posting more in the next couple of days.

That duck blind is fascinating. Some of the same materials are common here, but this one is more aesthetically appealing — and what a beautiful sunset.

Did you also eat oysters or was the restaurant closed due to corona like they are in most of the European countries ?

I had steamed clams and Marc ate scallops. There is outdoor dining.
