Greenbrook

We have a key to this sanctuary in New Jersey. I love the Wild Turkeys there.

I really enjoyed every photo here, Sherry, thanks for sharing your Greenbrook visit with us. I heard myself gasp at the first photo, it’s really exquisite. Like the seed in the nuthatch’s bill; and the clarity and posture are stunning.

Thanks Jet. The nuthatch was one of the feeder birds there. I didn’t take that many pictures that day because we were with a friend. Hope you are weathering the fires and smoke OK. I think about that often.

I like the composition of the White-breasted Nuthatch , looks like it’s preparing to take off 🙂

The smartweed is a favorite of mine, but the turkeys would be an unusual sight here. I confess it took me a moment to realize that, yes, that turkey is atop a car.

they are grand, thanks. If I had left the car red would have made the turkey less obvious. LO

The wild turkeys are wonderful. You capture some beautiful images of birds in their natural environment.
