Fahnestock Scenery

A wonderful trip to Fahnsetock State Park with Sierra Photo NYC. I took so many pictures that I liked that it was hard to choose which ones to post.

It was a cloudy day which made photography a challenge. I wanted to capture the gloomy mood and bring out the colors.

    Now that I live in Florida, I really miss scenes in the northeast like this! Beautiful🍁🍂

        Yes… We are blessed with so many beautiful places here. > Florida really has a history of preserving many wetlands, marshes, etc. despite the rapid population increases and development. The very first national wildlife refuge was created here over a century ago on Pelican Island.

      Thanks Derrick. I started with 300, got it down to 225 and out of those chose about 40 to post. It took a week to process them all.

    Fabulous photos and stunning scenery. Hard to choose a favourite but I particularly like nos. 1, 5, 10 and 24 🙂
