Best bird of the season! An unexpected visit by a Barn Owl to Central Park. It was first reported April 9, 2018. I won’t mention where it is. It’s amazing that it appears so calm around all the noise and goings on in the park. I didn’t get a good picture, but that’s OK. This barn owl knows how to hide.

Season of the 🦉. I visit „my“ eagle owl daily. Have seen it several times after my post, but could not get any better shot. Stunning capture, Sherry. 👏

Thanks. I’d love to see an eagle owl. It’s a bit out of focus and I only had a second to shoot. At least it’s identifiable.
