May Warblers 2

Here is the second set. I need to get out there and photograph some more before Spring migration is over.

What lovely photos. They really capture the feeling of spring. I love the first one – it is so animated I can almost hear that bird singing.

That Parula was singing away. I love getting shots like that. Doesn’t often happen. 🙂 Thanks.

Great captures! I know how hard it is to photograph birds, especially birds in flight, so it’s nice when you can get some clear shots.

My Nikon D750 and Sigma 150-600 mm doers a good job. Even with a good camera only a small percentage are usable. 🙂

The range of incredible warblers here is astounding! How many miles I have trekked to see some of these, and here you have them all in Central Park. Nice job capturing these twitchy little tricksters, Sherry.

I can count about 20 species of warblers and 50 species total of all birds on a good day. NYC is on the flyway. Birding tourists come just to see the bird in Spring. My arm gets tired holding up the heavy Sigma 150-600 mm lens, but it’s worth it. Thanks Jet.
