Frozen Hudson

Just a narrow channel clear for shipping left in the Hudson River, Lower Manhattan. This much ice is a novelty for me.

Impressive pictures, Sherry. At first I thought the pilings were penguins. Maybe I should have y eyes examined.

These pictures are historical. They show what nature can do and how fragile our lives are.
