House Sparrows Bathing, Conservatory, Central Park 10/5/2014

The sparrows were coming and going like mad and splashing away. Making a composite of 5 images reproduces the feeling. I grayed out the background and added a soft tree to it to balance the composition.

Composite of numbers 51 to 55 in Photoshop. NIKON D610, f-stop 6.3, exposure time 1/200sec., ISO 150·to 100, focal length 400mm, and max aperture 5.

    I would like to see more contrast on the birds and all of the statue for depth

    Delightful action on the part of the birds along with the contrast with the “quiet” of that lovely figure.
